| How do I begin the application process? |

| You may submit your resume to us via email or by mail. If your experience and qualifications match any openings, we will contact you. Please be prepared to send a video of yourself either teaching in the classroom, leading a staff development session, or making a conference presentation. On some occasions, we may ask to see you present. |

| What experience and training are required? |

| Our consultants keep up-to-date with the latest research in reading and writing education, literacy development, and brain-based learning. Experience using our methods and materials is important; we will build your expertise with in-depth training at our St. Charles office. |
